Ich brauche das Vanaboard seit einiger Zeit und bin sehr zufrieden damit, weil mir das schlichte holzige Design und die simple Anwendung extrem gefällt. Wieso genau ein Vanaboard? Es ist ein einfaches Trackingtool und exzellenter Reminder was ich in meinem Leben integrieren will. Mit meiner "1 Stunde 20 Minuten Morgenroutine" hab ich mir ein anspruchsvolles mir aber wichtiges Ziel gesetzt. Mit der Hilfe des Vanaboard motiviere ich mich täglich mich diesem Ziel zu widmen. Bin sehr zufrieden Ich habe das Board für mich aus zwei Gründen bestellt Um 1. Ziele für einen gewissen Zeitraum zu setzen und zu tracken und 2. um mir Tätigkeiten (bei denen ich schleißig war) zur Angewohnheit zu machen Es ist ein simples und effizientes Tool, das mir sehr geholfen Nach Vollendung erwirkt das Hineinstecken der Stäbchen ins Board einen psychologischen Vorgang im Kopf der tatsächlich wirkt Nach meiner ersten Challenge - 15min Dehnen pro Tag - habe ich es endlich geschafft diesen Vorgang in mir zur Angewohnheit zu machen (da ich da oft Abends nach meinem Training zu faul/müde war), ich mache es automatisch täglich Optisch sieht es stylisch in meinem Zimmer aus Nach meinen positiven Erfahrungen habe ich das Board zu Weihnachten verschenkt, es ist ein kreatives Geschenk das sehr gut ankommt Auf zu neuen Challenges :)

Habe schon vor längerer Zeit bestellt. Anfangs habe ich das Board viel verwendet und das auch mit Erfolg aber dann zwischenzeitlich auch mal im Stress des Alltags darauf vergessen.
